The easiest ways to receive a quote for the services you require is either to send an e-mail or to fill out the contact form below. We do our best to process the requests as soon as possible, the latest within a business day.
If our offer suits you – please let us know via e-mail as soon as you can (some dates are busier than the others and we can only arrange the transportation while we have available capacity), we will then agree on the payment method you prefer. Once the deposit payment is received – the service is booked for you.
We accept various convenient payment methods, including bank transfers in CZK and EUR and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay) via online link, which supports Apple pay and Google pay as well. You can specify the preferable payment method along with the confirmation.
- If order is cancelled less than 7 days and more than 72 hours prior to the ordered transportation time and date cancellation fee in amount of 20% of transportation costs is collected.
- If order is cancelled less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours prior to the ordered transportation time and date cancellation fee in amount of 60% of transportation costs is collected.
- If order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the ordered transportation time and date cancellation fee in amount of 100% of transportation costs is collected.
Please note, that in case the price of transportation includes the cost of third-party services (e.g. driver’s accommodation incl. breakfast), the cancellation of these services is governed by the cancellation policy of the third party and not the above stated cancellation policy of the transportation agency Express Services CZ s.r.o. Which means that in some cases the cost of the third-party services may be non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation time.
Please make sure you mention this in the request. Standardly there is space for one medium luggage per person in a sedan car and one large luggage per person in a minivan/minibus/bus. If everyone in your party is travelling with a checked-in luggage and a carry-on – make sure to mention it in the request, so that we can offer you a most suitable vehicle.
Make sure to let us know if you are travelling with young children – child safety seats are required by EU regulations (buses – over 20 passenger seats – are an exception). We will need to know the child’s height and weight to insure a correct seat is prepared.
Pets can be usually transported in a bag or cage that can fit under your seat in the passenger compartment of the bus or in the luggage compartment of the minivan.
Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Central European time. For transportation that is scheduled outside the office hours we offer 24-hour support of our dispatcher (emergencies only).
